Damn. And we had it on good word from our resident expert that this dude was not an "agitator". I wonder, after this incident of spitting, kicking the taillight out of their vehicle and resisting officers in the altercation; if that's when he decided he should be strapped?
What a shame. He seemed like such a nice guy. What fuels people to this level of stupidity?
No one is excusing your judge/jury/executioner definition of murder.
Just showing that this is instance #5674 of the media painting a picture of someone that isn't exactly accurate.
He was depicted as an "observer", you yourself said he wasn't an "agitator". Same as Goode "just dropping her kid off".
Does that look like a peaceful observer? Simple yes or no answer; no need for any "you see"s or in-depth lectures?
Next question... how many times can one expect to get into physical altercation, of one's own provocation, with law enforcement, with a loaded weapon, before something bad happens one way or the other?
He's gone from peaceful ICU nurse to Darwin Award winner. Plain and simple.
I still don't condone his death no matter how many times you and yours scream like a toddler that any examination of the FACTS in this case mean someone is excusing murder.
Overlooking all of your bluster, can you please tell me how all of your "but he's an agitator" has anything to do with his murder? And can you explain to me how killing a man AFTER he was disarmed isn't murder? I know you keep searching for reasons to justify these actions but you are still shooting blanks.
Please qoute where I said this.....

I said at the time of the incident he stepped in to help protect the woman that ICE had pushed to the ground and was still coming after. I said he did not agitate the incident. You see, I'm not trying to look back a week, two weeks or even ten minutes earlier. I'm looking at what happened in the videos. What happened and led up to this killing. But then those who wish to muddy the waters have no intention or desire to do that.
Intoducing for The Cleveland Browns, Quarterback Deshawn "The Predator" Watson. He will also be the one to choose your next head coach.
American citizen briefly detained and released. Even the police aren't allowed to pull you over this way unless you are the suspect of a violent felony.

When the fanboys justify the execution/murder of Alex Pretti because he kicked the tailgate of a car .... you think they care about the liberties of these US Citizens - guns drawn and pulled over for videoing people/agents in public?
You would think this sort of Police State tactic by ICE would have voters up in arms more than a journalist covering a story about a protest that interrupted a church service ... but no. Instead we get crickets, fake news and fake 'gotcha' moments from Randos ... sprinkled with some really whacked out crazy extremists who then get labeled as "This is all Dems".

The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.
Bomb Threat Cleared In Detained 5-Year-Old's Minnesota School District
Local police cleared bomb threats in the Minneapolis-area school district where 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos was detained by federal agents, and said students here are good to return to class on Tuesday.
“No suspicious packages or devices were located,” the Columbia Heights police department said in a statement. “The police department is working with other law enforcement agencies to continue the investigation into the source of the threats.”
Earlier Monday, staff from multiple Columbia Heights Public Schools received emailed bomb threats. School officials canceled classes for the day as local police investigated.
The threats came a day after Ramos and his father returned home after being inexplicably held in a Texas Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility. The pre-schooler's detention drew international attention, in part because the image of Ramos being held by ICE agents was devastating, and in part because his father is in the country legally and has no criminal record.
Ramos may be home, but three other kids from his school are still locked up in the same Texas ICE facility he just left. Two other students from his school district are being held in the Texas detention center, too, as ICE continues terrorizing brown and Black families in this Minneapolis suburb.
“Columbia Heights Public Schools is so happy that Liam and his father have returned home to be reunified with his mother, brother and our community,” the school district said in a statement.
“Liam's release is an important development, and we hope it will lead to positive developments for other families as well, including our other four students who are being held at the Dilley facility in Texas," the statement reads. "We want all children to be released from detention centers and hope for the reunification of families who have been unjustly separated.”
