Agreed !! Looking forward to this. I love Monken's abrasive or "direct" personality as we've witnessed so far. He wasn't my choice for HC but I have warmed to him considerably.

Obviously a sustained (18-24 months) of losing and looking inept on Sundays will test him and it would be more difficult to maintain that persona in the face of perceived failure - but I honestly think we'll finally see players held accountable for their play - think of how OBJ didn't know where to line up, think of the drops from Jeudy and multiple receivers, think of the bone headed ST and Defensive plays we've made at odd times ... and think of how bland response was, while the team also tried to spin a narrative of tough and accountability that never materialized..

I feel the same way. I liked KS but he seemed too easy on the players and coaches. I don't know what went on behind the scenes and I feel he is a good coach but he didn't seem to hold anyone accountable for mistakes. Monken will from what I've seen so far. It's probably just what this team needs.

I still find statements like this quite odd. All we know is what Stefanski let us see. You nor anyone else knows what went on behind closed doors. One thing for sure. Any HC who is castigating their players in public and airing their teams dirty laundry in that way isn't fit to be an NFL HC.

Well, I expect no "Camp Cupcake" this year. Any input as to what Camp Monken may look like or his practice priorities we might see?
